Megasoft raises $8m through FCCBs

CHENNAI: Technology company, Megasoft, has raised $8 million by issuing foreign currency convertible bonds to non-resident investors, DKR Soundshore Oasis Holding Fund Ltd. ($ 6 million) and DE Shaw Valance International Inc. ($ 2 million). The funds will be used for expanding business and upgrading offshore development centres, among others, says a company release.
