Mobile police parties for poll

VIJAYAWADA: The City police divided the 59 municipal divisions into 43 routes and arranged mobile police parties for the smooth conduct of the elections to the municipal corporation.

An official in the cadre of deputy superintendent of police will supervise the poll arrangements in areas under the purview of each police station.

People are requested to contact the police control room on phone number 100 in the event of law and order problem on the polling day, according to a press release issued by the police.
