Kamal Paswan joins JD (U)

Party gets three new members
|
NEW DELHI:
The former Bihar president of the Rashtriya Janata Dal, Kamal Paswan, joined the Janata Dal (United) here on Wednesday in the presence of party president George Fernandes. A former RJD MLA, Dinesh Singh, president of the Muzaffarpur Zilla Parishad Veena Singh and president of the RJD Women's Cell Sunita Singh Hambe also joined the party.
JD (U) leader Digvijay Singh said the party would welcome all those who wanted to join them in the task of "getting rid of Lalu Prasad in Bihar" and restoring democracy "that has been butchered under the President's rule."
