IMPHAL: Two Border Security Force personnel were killed and some others seriously injured in an ambush at Kumbi Khodrak in Manipur's Bishnupur district late Wednesday evening. The People's Liberation Army, a banned insurgent group, has claimed responsibility for the attack. The personnel of 100 Battalion were returning to their camp at the Ithai barrage when the insurgents lobbed bombs and fired from sophisticated weapons. Though the personnel retaliated the insurgents escaped.
