Muthu-Anjani emerge overall winners

HYDERABAD: P.P. Muthu and Anjani Kumar emerged overall winners of the Director General of Artillery sailing championships which concluded at the Hussain Sagar here on Thursday.

The results:

Gold fleet: Race V: 1. Azhar Shaikh-P.V.S. Raju, 2. P.P. Muthu-Anjani Kumar, 3.Yaduraj Lad-Alok Kumar Jena.

Silver fleet: Race V: 1. Girish Rao-Lokesh Yadav, 2. Ayaz Shaikh-Jaison Joseph, 3. K. Yakobu-Srimanth Naik.

Overall winners: 1. Muthu-Anjani, 2. Azhar-Raju, 3. Mithu Nahak-Anthony Xavier. — Special Correspondent
