Justice Natarajan assumes charge

CHENNAI:
A former Judge of the Supreme Court, K.M. Natarajan, assumed charge as chairman of the trustees of the P.T. Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker Trust on September 21.
Pursuant to an order passed by a Division Bench comprising Justice Prafulla Kumar Misra and Justice N. Kannadasan on September 8, Mr. Natarajan and eight other trustees were sworn in at the Trust premises.
The new trustees took oath to function in strict accordance with the scheme decree laid down by the High Court, and vowed to strive for the growth and development of the Trust and its beneficiaries.
The Trust secretary, K.S. Govindasamy, read out the court order.
