A test of physical fitness

BANGALORE: Information technology executives see a lot of action on their computer screens. However, they hardly get any physical exercise. Many IT firms are coming up with in-house gyms and fitness centres and encouraging their employees to take up sporting activities. The International Tech Park has come up with a Fitness Week which concludes on Friday. A highlight will be a competition to see how may can climb till the thirteenth floor, without using the lift! For many of us two flights of stairs are more than enough.
