Cobras let loose a witch-hunt

The cobras are on the prowl. They usually flare their hoods when angry or disturbed, but these cobras are made of a different skin.

Stealth is their strength and they are on a witch-hunt adopting guerrilla tactics. Slippery as an eel, they have been threatening or targeting sympathisers of a particular party in the State and at the same managing to be elusive. How do we nab the cobras? Bring in the snake charmer? Make a film heroine do the snake dance? Appease Naga Devatha?
