Proclaimed offender held

NEW DELHI: A 28-year-old man, declared a proclaimed offender by a Karkardooma Court on August 30, has been arrested at Khajuri Khas in North-East Delhi. The accused, Kamaal, was wanted in a case in which he had attacked one Babu Khan and his daughter, Parveen Begum, at Nandnagri.
