Today Heart Attack (IHD) and Hypertension are common cardiovascular diseases in adults above 40 years. Get your weight checked. If you are overweight reduce the weight by diet and exercise. 5. Avoid excessive mental stress and strain 6. Excess fat in diet is not good for health 7. Sedentary occupation is not good for health 8. Exercise is good for health 9. When in doubt, consult your Doctor. By following these life style modifications, you can try to protect your heart from Heart Disease.
