PONDICHERRY: : Two persons were arrested for allegedly stealing jewellery from a house in Karikalampakkam near here on Sunday. The arrested were Sakthivel and Palani of Villianur Police arrested the two persons based on a complaint filed by Ramalingam that gold ornaments were missing from his house. Police said they recovered jewellery worth around Rs 20,000 from the arrested persons. — Staff Reporter
