CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) has asked Team India member Harbhajan Singh to appear before the PCA Administrative Committee here on September 29. The PCA issued these orders on Monday following critical comments made by the spinner about coach Greg Chappell. Giving this information here, PCA secretary M. P. Pandove said, ``Harbhajan got in touch with us last night and we have invited him to give his version on September 29 when the administrative committee will meet to review the arrangements for the Challenger Trophy,'' to be played at Mohali. ``After considering Harbhajan's views, a decision will be taken in the right perspective most probably on the same day,'' the PCA secretary said. Mr. Pandove said Harbhajan had been asked to appear before the administrative committee as he is a registered member of the PCA and a member of the Indian Team. The PCA secretary, however, clarified that no show-cause notice had been served on Harbhajan as reported in a section of the press. UNI
