Next generation IPv6 platform

NEW DELHI: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Monday said it had extended till October 7 the time given for submission of comments from stakeholders for the transition to IPv6, the `next generation' protocol for the Internet, from the current IPv4 which is now 20 years old.
