KOCHI: The counting of votes for the district, block and grama panchayat elections will be held at the counting centres arranged at the block level. The counting for Angamaly block will be held at St. Joseph's High School, Angamaly, where counting for Karukutty, Mukkannur, Thuravoor, Manjappra, Malayattoor-Neeleswaram grama panchayats will be held, and at Holy Family High School, Angamaly, where that for Ayyampuzha, Kalady, Kanjoor and Sreemoolanagaram grama panchayats will be held. The counting for Mulanthuruthy block will also be held in two centres, with the counting for Udayamperoor, Chottanikkara and Thiruvankulam grama panchayats being held at SNDP Higher Secondary School, Udayamperoor, and that for Maneed, Ramamangalam, Pampakkuda and Piravom grama panchayats at St. Joseph's High School, Piravom. In Muvattupuzha block also, there will be two centres, with the counting for Valakom, Kalloorkkad, Manjalur and Payipra grama panchayats at Nirmala Higher Secondary School, Muvattupuzha, and that for Arakkuzha, Avoly, Marady and Ayavana grama panchayats in Government Town Upper Primary School, Muvattupuzha. The counting centres for the other block panchayats are as follows: Paravur: Sree Narayana High School, Pallam Mukku, North Paravur; Alangad: K.E.M.H. School, Kottapuram, Alangad; Koovapady: M.G.M. High School, Kuruppampady; Vazhakkulam: St. Joseph's High School, Kizhakkambalam; Edappally: Bharat Mata College, Thrikkakara; Vypeen: Rama Varma Union High School, Cherai; Palluruthy: St. Peter's Higher Secondary School, Kumbalanghy; Vyttila: Government Vocational Higher Secondary School, Mangai, Maradu; Vadavukode: St. Peter's Higher Secondary School, Kolencherry; and Parakkadavu: Government Upper Primary School, Kurumassery.
