Centurion Bank, BoP merger swap at 9:4

The Reserve Bank of India has approved the merger of Centurion Bank and Bank of Punjab (BoP) to be effective from next month. The share swap ratio is set at nine shares of Centurion Bank of the face value of Re. 1 for every four shares of BoP with a face value of Rs. 10.

Netlink Solutions to take bonus decision

Netlink Solutions India has scheduled a meeting of the board of directors on October 4 to consider issue of bonus shares and sub-division of equity shares of Rs. 10 each into such denomination as may be decided by the board.

HDFC first half results on Oct. 25
