BELGAUM: Preparations have commenced here to accord a warm reception to the "Suvarna Karnataka Jatha" being taken out to mark the golden jubilee celebrations of the formation of the State. The jatha, which will enter the district on October 19, will be accorded a grand welcome at Kittur that day. Similar receptions will be organised at other places in the district.
