Binu Mani in final

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Top seed Binu Mani will take on Reynold Timothy in the men's singles final of the 48th K.G.Memon memorial all-Kerala tennis tournament

Binu Mani trounced G.Chanu 6-0, 6-0 while Reynold Timothy overcame M.Binoj Mani 6-2, 4-6, 6-2 in the semifinals.

Vikram Ramesh won the boys under-10 singles title defeating Aqeel Faheen 9-4 in the final.

The results: Men's singles (semifinals): M.Binu Mani (Tvm) bt G.Chandu (Tvm) 6-0, 6-0; Reynold Timothy (Ekm) bt M.Binoj Mani (Tvm) 6-2, 4-6, 6-2. Doubles (semifinals): M.Binu Mani/Binoj Mani bt A.Anand/S.L.Arun 6-2, 6-1; A.Vijaya Kumar/Sam K.Satish bt Reynold Timothy/Sanjay Bhat 6-3, 6-3.

Boys (under-18): Semifinals: Reynold Timothy (Ekm) bt S.L.Arun 6-2 (conceded); Sarath Lal (Tvm) bt Reejo Varghese (Tvm) 6-0, 6-4.

Under-16 (semifinals): Atul Roy (Ekm) bt G.L.Vivek (Tvm) 9-6; Joel Jacob (Ekm) bt Mihir Pillai (Tvm) 9-3.

Doubles (semifinals): Atul Roy/Eldho George bt R.S.Adavaith/Mihir Pillai 9-4; Shyam Babu/M.R.Rajendran bt Asif Raj/G.L.Vivek 9-4.
