Unscheduled load shedding

Bangalore Electricity Supply Company will resort to unscheduled load shedding on Wednesday and Thursday between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. for emergency replacement works at Peenya. The areas affected are: Remco — Gori Palya, Timber Yard Layout, Guddadahalli, Chamarajpet, Nagarbhavi, Vittal Nagar, Shankarapura, Mysore Road from Sirsi Circle to Rajarajeshwari Arch, Jnana Bharathi, Byatarayanapura and surrounding areas; Banashankari — Hanumanthanagar, Girinagar, Srinivasanagar, Thyagarajanagar, Bull Temple Road, Kempe Gowda Nagar, Vidya Peetha and surrounding areas; Arehalli — Banashankari II and III Stages, Chennamanakere Achchukattu, Chikkallasandra, Kaderenahalli, Arehalli, Hoskerehalli, Padmanabhanagar and surrounding areas.

Wildlife camp

Health camp

The surgery department of Jayachamarajendra Government Ayurvedic College, Dhanwantri Road, Bangalore, is organising a free camp for management of piles, fistula and fissure on Wednesday. Public may contact the resident medical officer of the hospital for details.

Last date extended

The last date for admission to MCA course offered by Indira Gandhi National Open University has been extended to October 3 without late fee and to October 17 with a late fee of Rs. 200. Ayurveda camp

Yoga course
