S-Is pass out

NEW DELHI: Seventy-six Sub-Inspectors passed out from the Police Training College on Thursday. During the training, they were taught to honour and respect human rights of the citizen and were cautioned against use of unlawful force. They were told to take care of the weaker sections of society especially women and children, keeping in mind the Delhi police motto "Citizens First".
