SEBI bars promoters, directors of KTL

MUMBAI: SEBI on Friday barred promoters and directors of Konkan Tyres Ltd (KTL) from dealing in the company's securities after finding an unprecedented rise in its share price despite poor financial performance. It directed KTL not to alter its capital structure in any manner till further notice.
