Dividend paid

NEW DELHI: NTPC-SAIL Power Company Private Limited (NSPCL) and Bhilai Electric Supply Company Private Limited (BESCL) have declared dividend of Rs.16 crores and Rs.2 crores, respectively, for 2004-05. Both these companies have been formed as a joint venture company by NTPC and SAIL, with equal stake.

The dividend cheques were presented by the Chairman of NSPCL and BESCL, R.S. Sharma, to the Chairman and Managing Director of NTPC, C.P.Jain, and the SAIL Chairman, V.S.Jain, here on Friday.
