Workshop on promotion of human values

KANNUR: The two-day workshop for promotion of human values and value eliciting techniques organised by the Rajapuram St. Pius X College began here on Saturday.

The workshop, organised under a University Grants Commission project, was inaugurated by Kannur Bishop Varghese Chakkalakkal at Sreepuram School Auditorium.

The two-year-long project aims at equipping a targeted 100 teachers in value eliciting techniques. There were sessions on inter-relationship of human personality and human values including core and sub values.

As many as 132 teachers from various institutions in Kannur and Kasaragod participated in the workshop.
