Gold medals for veterinary entrepreneurs

Vets associations to celebrate anniversary today

VIJAYAWADA: Six successful veterinary entrepreneurs have been chosen by the Krishna Veterinary Association and Senior Veterinarians Association for gold medals on the occasion of the associations' annual day celebrations.

The recipients are (details of the awards are given in brackets): Vijaya Dairy Chairman Mandava Janaki Ramaiah (Krishna Dairy Farmers gold medal), Milk Factory Managing Director V.V. Subramanian (Dr. Sakkubai Ramachandram gold medal), Neospark Drugs & Chemicals Managing Director V.S. Prasad (distinguished personality gold medal), V.V. Pharmaceuticals founder V. Manohara Rao (Dr. C. Rajal Rao gold medal), Srinivasa Hatcheries Managing Director K. Somi Reddy (Krishna Dairy farmers gold medal) and Usha Global Air Travels proprietor K. Butchikotaiah (Garimella Venkataratnam gold medal).

The gold medals would be presented to them on Sunday on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti,according to Krishna Veterinary Association president S.S. Krishna Murthy and Senior Veterinarians Association president D. Venkateswara Rao.
