Thiruvananthapuram: A meeting of the Kerala Congress (Joseph) candidates who won from various wards in the City Corporation on Saturday elected R. Satheeshkumar as the council party leader here on Saturday. Raymond was elected deputy leader and Mary Viji secretary. Party State general secretary Antony Raju and district president K. Prakashkumar were present.
