MANGALORE: The National Institute of Personnel Management, Mangalore chapter, will organise a conference on, "Leveraging human capital, business process outsourcing for organisational excellence," here on Friday and Saturday, P. A. Jose, president of the chapter told presspersons here on Tuesday.

He said that delegates will speak on topics such as the role of human capital, value addition to organisational excellence, employee empowerment, outsourcing, and legal and regulatory frame work. Mr. Jose said that 150 delegates have confirmed their participation.
