PATNAGWALIOR: Amid reports that the BJP had decided to send her to Madhya Pradesh as Chief Minister after the Bihar elections, firebrand BJP leader Uma Bharti on Thursday said that she had no knowledge of any such move. ``I have no idea....I am not aware of any such decision taken by the party,'' Ms. Bharti, who is co-in charge of BJP's poll campaign in Bihar, told reporters at the Patna airport before leaving for electioneering. Ms. Bharti, who had resigned as Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister after a Hubli court issued a warrant of arrest against her in August last year in a riot case in 1994, said that she was doing `sadhna' in Uttaranchal and later went to Chitrakoot from where she had come here for electioneering. BJP sources had said on Tuesday that the party had taken a decision to effect leadership change in Madhya Pradesh after the Bihar elections replacing Chief Minister Babu Lal Gaur with Ms. Bharti. Mr.Gaur was her choice when she quit as Chief Minister. The sources said that a decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of BJP general secretaries chaired by party president L. K. Advani last Saturday. PATNAGWALIOR: Claiming that he found himself ``stronger'' in the wake of every discussion about a change of guard, the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister on Thursday said he nursed no complaint against his predecessor, Ms. Bharti. ``She met me in person and also never complained even once,'' he told mediapersons at the local airport when asked about the Sadhvi expressing dissatisfaction about the pace of work being undertaken for uplift of the poor. Assuring that he would conduct a discussion with Ms Bharti in this regard, the septuagenarian BJP leader denied apprehension of Government work being affected in any manner whatsoever due to the discussions of a change of guard.
