Asian youth chess championship

HYDERABAD: The Delhi Chess Association will organise the Asian youth chess championship (open) for boys and girls in eight, 10, 12 and 14 years from December 7 to 15, according to Mr. Bharat Singh Chauhan, secretary of DCA.

The entry fee was reduced from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 7000. All Asian federations affiliated to FIDE can send one player in each category totalling a maximum of six players. Entries close on November 7 and should be routed through the respective State and National federations.
