NELLORE: The police in Kovur, have arrested three persons, allegedly responsible for the theft of about 100 bags of rice from a lorry, two days ago in the area. The lorry with a load of rice from Krishna district was on its way to Chennai, when the culprits reportedly stopped the vehicle and unloaded 100 bags. The police nabbed the culprits and recovered 72 bags of rice from them.
