NEW DELHI: Delhiites could catch a glimpse of the partial lunar eclipse for a few minutes at the last phase, but the phenomenon was seen better in eastern parts of the country. The eclipse, the last this year, started at 1704 hrs and ended at 1802 hrs, according to Nehru Planetarium here. ``By the time the moon was visible over the capital, the eclipse was mostly over, disappointing the denizens,'' Nehru Planetarium Director Rathnasree said. The moon rose over Delhi at 1740 hrs. She said a penumbral phase of the eclipse lasted till 1940 hrs. But it was difficult to make out as there was not much light. UNI
