NELLORE: : Once it was known for its pebbles and stones. Now there is a lot of transformation resulting in it becoming something like a consortium of temples. The place is Tirunalatippa near Atmakur town, which was just like any other neglected area, till recently. However, in view of its serene atmosphere, some devotees have selected the place and decided to make it into a devotional centre. Thanks to their untiring efforts, Tirunalatippa, now has got temples for Vinayaka, Anjaneya, Venkaiah Swamy of Golagamudi and Yogi Vemana. Apart from regularly conducting daily formalities, the devotees have taken much care to ensure poor feeding on every Saturday and constituted a fund of Rs. 1 lakh and the interest on it is used for the purpose. On Saturdays, devotees throng the place for special poojas.
