Appeals dismissed

BANGALORE: A Division Bench of the Karnataka High Court Monday dismissed 32 company appeals by Mysore Sales International Ltd. (MSIL) challenging an order seeking winding up of companies saying that they are unable to pay debts. MSIL had said that the companies had not paid the margin of five per cent for the time when the amendment to Karnataka Excise Rules was stayed.
