PATNA: BJP MP Jai Narain Nishad on Tuesday joined the Rashtriya Janata Dal and campaigned with its president and Railway Minister Lalu Prasad. Capt. Nishad charged the BJP with discrimination against the extremely backward castes and said it had not done justice in the distribution of tickets.
