Sanskriti 2005

The Institute of Public Enterprises (IPE), Hyderabad, is organising Sanskriti 2005, a management meet for B-Schools across the country on October 20 and 21. Yi Net launched

The Hyderabad Chapter of Young Indians (Yi), youth wing of the CII, focussed on national development, launched a Yi Net (an independent voluntary body of students in schools and colleges) at Glendale Academy, near Artillery Centre Gate, Golconda. Yi Nets are promoted to develop the spirit of national commitment amongst students and at present there are 21 Yi Nets in the country. A.K. Khan, Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic) was the Chief Guest.

Attack condemned

The Andhra Pradesh Television Journalists Association has condemned the attack on media by Congress workers in Pulivendula.

It sought action against those responsible for the attack in a statement.
