High Court orders probe

NEW DELH: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday ordered an inquiry into the affairs of the Association for Welfare of Group Housing Societies representing 12 of the 135 CGHS here being probed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for various irregularities.

A Division Bench comprising Justice Vijender Jain and Justice Rekha Sharma directed the investigating agency to probe the nexus, if any, between the Association and the officer-bearers of the 12 Societies.
