THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Vigilance & Anti-corruption Bureau (VACB) has arrested Mathew, Village Officer of Seethathode in Chittar, Pathanamthitta, on the charge of accepting a bribe of Rs.2,000 from a person who approached him for getting a property registered in his name.
