Ronaldo returns for treatment

RIO DE JANEIRO: Ronaldo arrived home in Brazil on Friday to treat an ankle injury and said he planned to return to action for Real Madrid's classic against FC Barcelona on Nov. 20.

Ronaldo had a partial ligament tear above his left ankle in a collision with Colombian defender Luis Perea in a Spanish league game but said the injury was accidental.

Still, Ronaldo is expected to be sidelined for about a month. — AP
