CHANDIGARH: In a minor administrative shake-up, the Haryana Government has ordered transfer and posting of eight IAS and six HCS officers with immediate effect. Arun Kumar, Special Secretary, Revenue and Consolidation, has been posted as Director, Industrial Training and Vocational Education Department. Anand Mohan Sharan, awaiting orders of posting, becomes Joint Secretary Revenue and Consolidation. S. P. Gupta, Additional Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhavan, New Delhi, has also been posted as Administrator, HUDA, Gurgaon, Coordinator Foreign Investment Promotion Board, New Delhi, and M.D, Haryana Minerals Limited, Gurgaon. Anurag Aggarwal has been posted as Administrator, HUDA Headquarters, at Panchkula in place of Vineet Garg who becomes Additional Director, Urban Estates, Haryana, Panchkula, in place of Subhash Chandra who will be Joint Secretary, Rehabilitation-cum-Chief Settlement Commissioner, in place of C. R. Rana who goes as Administrator, HUDA, Hisar. Meanwhile, the Government has designated Sanjay Kothari, Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Tourism, Public Relations, Cultural Affairs Department and Member-Secretary, Haryana Public Bureau Enterprises, as Secretary, Cell for proper utilisation and disposal of Government property and Nodal Officer for monitoring implementation of Chief Minister's announcements in addition to his present assignments.
Nine IPS officers transferred
The Government has also ordered posting and transfer of nine IPS officers with immediate effect. Laik Ram Dabas, Inspector-General, Haryana Armed Police, Madhuban, has been posted as IG, Home Guards, against a vacant post. R.C. Jowel, IG, Prisons, has been posted as IG, State Vigilance Bureau. Anil Kumar, awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Assistant Inspector-General, Technical and Training. M. Ravi Kiran, Superintendent of Police,Telecom, Haryana, has been posted as SP, Rural, Faridabad, in place of Jagdish Chander who has been posted as Commandant 3rd Battalion HAP, Hisar. Sukhdev Singh, SP, Mewat, has been posted as SP, Security. Hardeep Singh Doon, Commandant 5th Battalion, HAP, Madhuban, has been transferred and posted as SP, Mewat. Mohinder Singh, SP, Security, Delhi, has been posted as SP, Faridabad. Y.Puran Kumar has been posted as SP, Telecom. The Government has also promoted 10 IPS officers to the rank of Additional Director-General of Police and four to Deputy Inspector-General. Swaranjit Singh, IG Home Guards, on promotion has been posted as Director in Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited. Rakesh Malik, IG Railways, has been posted as ADGP State Vigilance Bureau. R.N. Chahalia, IG Law and Order, has been posted as ADGP Prisons. Deepa Mehta, IG Gurgaon Range, has been posted as ADGP OSD Rules against the upgraded post. V.N. Rai, IG Rohtak Range, on promotion has been posted as Director Haryana Police Academy, Madhuban, against the upgraded post. P.V. Rathee, IG CID, has been posted as ADGP CID. Resham Singh, IG OSD Rules, has been posted as ADGP State Crime Record Bureau, Madhuban.
