Kozhikode: A Ramzan fair, organised by the State Civil Supplies Corporation, began at the Stadium Buildings here on Tuesday. A. Sujanapal, MLA, inaugurated the fair. Similar fairs were started in 52 centres of the State. The fair will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. till November 2. The prices of provisions are less than those in the open market. The councillor Hansa Jayant presided over the inaugural session. The district panchayat member T.V. Balan and corporation standing committee chairman P.T. Rajan spoke.
