Cadets to represent Andhra Pradesh in Republic Day celebrations

  • Ten groups from all over State participated in inter-group championship

    VIJAYAWADA: The NCC Kakinada Groupwon the inter-group championship for 2005, which just concluded in Hyderabad. The group consisted of cadets from NCC units spread over Krishna, West Godavari and East Godavari districts.

    Col. Anil Kumar, the officer commanding of 1 Andhra EME Coy NCC unit located in Vijayawada said that nearly 10 groups from all over the State participated in the championship .

    The cadets, led by Col. S.K. Sarma, involved in training them, would represent the State in the Republic Day celebrations.
