Pune: Smarty Pant shone when the horses were exercised here on Tuesday morning (Oct. 25).

Inner sand:

600m: Blue Butterfly (Sandeep) 38.5. Moved freely.

800m: Romantica (rb), Love And Be Loved (Ikram) 57.5, 600/42.5. They were easy. Belinda (Kapoor), Brindisi (rb) 49.5, 600/38. Former finished four lengths in front. Smarty Pant (M. Narredu), Red Hot Babe (Neeraj) 50, 600/37.5. Former impressed. Puissant (P.S. Chouhan) 56.5, 600/41.5. Easy. Desert Rally (N. Jodha), Major Roberts (Belose) 53, 600/40. They moved level freely.

1,000m: Charlie Parker (Chowghule) 1-6, 600/40. Moved well. Precision (V. Walkar) 1-6.5, 600/40.5. Moved freely.

1,400m: Uber Alles (Chowghule) 1-41.5, 600/44. Easy. Passion (Neeraj) 1-37, 800/57, 600/44. Eased up in the straight.

Outer sand:

600m: Desperado (Lobow), Douglas (rb) 41.5. They finished level.

800m: So Precious (Rupesh), Oratorio (R. Pandey) 54, 600/40. Former finished two lengths in front. Imogene (rb) 54.5, 600/40. Handy.

Jockey suspended

I. Shaikh, rider of Mothers Son, which was relegated to the third position by the Stewards in the Cupid Plate run on October 22, was suspended from November 2 to December 4, for careless riding.
