PIB website launched

THE CITIZENS' right to information from the Government and organisations controlled by it received a boost this week with the Press Information Bureau office here launching its own website. Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha K. Rahman Khan, who formally launched the website, said all Members of Parliament are given computers with Internet access and have their email IDs so that their constituents can contact them easily. That perhaps is news to many but at least the two MPs we have in this city are relatively more accessible to the people who voted for them.
