Writ plea on poll adjourned

HYDERABAD: The writ petition filed challenging the election process to the Jubilee Hills Co-operative Housing Society has been adjourned to 28 October. Anil Kolli and others filed a writ petition and Justice V. Eswaraiah heard the arguments on behalf of the petitioners.

The petitioners alleged that in the name of enhanced share capital with retrospective effect 2,500 names were removed from the voter list.
