WARANGAL: Kakatiya University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences is organising a two-day national seminar on "Emerging trends in the synthetic aspects of medicinal chemistry" on October 28 and 29. Seminar Convener A. Raghurama Rao addressing a press conference said that eminent personalities from academic institutions and pharmaceutical industry across the country would attend and deliver lectures at the seminar. About 200 experts would take part in the seminar and present 60 papers during. IICT Deputy Directors S. Chandra Sekhar and I. Suryanarayana, Bombay Pharmacy College Prof. Evans Coutinho, Natco Research Centre, Hyderabad Vice-President A.K.S. Bhujanga Rao, BASR Fine Chemicals Director P. Shanthan Rao, Prof. C.J. Shishoo of Consumer education and Research centre, Ahmedabad, Dr. Reddy's Lab Analytical Research director J. Moses Babu and others would attend. Dr. Reddy's Labs Technical Advisor A.Venkateshwarlu will deliver keynote address. Pharmacy Senior Professor V. Malla Reddy will be felicitated on the concluding day of the seminar for which Major Irrigation Minister Ponnala Laxmaiah would be the chief guest.
