Four killed in accident

VIJAYAWADA: Four persons were killed when a tipper hit a bus shelter near Gollapudi market yard in the early hours of Friday. The tragedy occurred around 2.30 a.m.

The One Town police said that a person from Ibrahimpatnam purchased the tipper recently and had it repaired. On its way to Ibrahimpatnam, the speeding tipper hit the bus shelter. The shelter was reduced to rubble owing to the impact.
