TIRUPATI: Telugu Desam Party president N. Chandrababu Naidu reportedly expressed his strong reservations over the partymen adopting a `compromise formula' with the rival Congress contestants in the just-concluded PAC elections. Mr. Naidu was said to have told the district party functionaries that the practice was undesirable, as it would kill the fighting spirit and the political instincts of the party's rank and file. It would weaken the party and would render its running meaningless in future, he was said to have told a meeting of the party functionaries at Tirupati on Saturday. The former Chief Minister was here to participate in the first death anniversary rites of his mother.
