Booklet to be released

VISAKHAPATNAM: The district administration will publish a booklet containing information about all Government offices in the district. It would be priced at Rs. 10. As many as 30,000 copies will be printed and kept at Gnandoot Centre, e-Seva centres and Rajiv Internet villages for sale.

During a meeting with officials on Monday, District Collector Praveen Prakash asked them to read thoroughly the 18 chapters of the Right to Information Act (RIA) and send a hard copy and soft copy each to the Collectorate and Gnandoot containing information relating to their respective offices in Telugu and English.

Besides keeping the information on Gnandoot website, they should gather requests made to them from the Gnandoot Centre and pass it on to those seeking it.
