Belgaum: V. Umesh, Development Commissioner for north Karnataka, inaugurated Industrial Exhibition-2005 organised by the district administration and District Industries Centre at Sardar School grounds here on Tuesday. The 10-day exhibition featuring handicrafts, handloom, khadi, interior decoration, textiles, silk and readymade garments is aimed at showcasing manufacturing skills and encouraging entrepreneurs and artisans, especially women from rural centres.
