Cybernet to increase headcount

CHENNAI: Cybernet Software Systems Inc., a software service provider with offshore operations in India, is planning to increase its headcount by 300 over the next 12 to 18 months. The offshore facilities in Chennai at present employ around 750 people. Simultaneously, it is planning to add 15,000 sq. ft. over the next couple of quarters in Chennai. Cybernet has signed outsourcing agreements with a couple of companies — Business Signatures Corporation and Navic Networks. Further, it has penned an agreement with Operative (Trafficmac) to expand the present engagement.
