NEW DELHI: The 14th Asian archery championship will have a big participation with Iraq, Qatar and Pakistan sending last-minute entries to make it a 20-nation event. The championship opens on Sunday in both the recurve and compound sections, beginning with the FITA rounds. The championship will have team and individual events, and the team final is scheduled for November 10. The teams: Bhutan, China, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, North Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Iran, Bangladesh, Thailand and Iraq.
