`No violation of airspace'

Srinagar: The Army on Sunday dismissed reports suggesting violation of airspace by Pakistan in Jammu and Kashmir.

"There has been no violation of airspace by Pakistan in Jammu and Kashmir," Major General V.K. Singh, Chief of Staff of the Srinagar-based 15 Corps told reporters.

He said as per the agreement between the two countries aircraft and helicopters of Pakistan can fly close to the Line of Control if needed in the wake of the devastating quake. — PTI
